你上传的乐谱、文件名、转换结果及校对版本用于完成识别、转换、试听和下载。上传的文件不用于模型训练，不发送给第三方 AI 模型。在简谱编辑器中输入的音符、歌词和曲名，实时预览时发送到本服务排版、不另行保存；点击「完成」后与上传的乐谱一样作为任务保存。选择「识别成简谱」时，图片发送到本服务识别，识别结果填入编辑器，图片不因识别另行保存，也不发送给第三方 AI 模型。编辑中的草稿只保存在本浏览器，作为参考打开的图片只在本机显示，不会上传。
在线任务自上传起保留 24 小时，过期后不再可访问，后台通常在一分钟内清理。你可在“最近处理”中删除任务：删除后任务从你的列表中移除、无法再打开，系统仍保留原件、结果与处理记录至原定过期时间，用于分析和改进服务，到期自动清除。故障恢复备份最多保留 24 小时，因此备份中的副本可能比在线任务多保留至多 24 小时。恢复备份时会清理过期任务。
处理失败时，我们自动保存失败乐谱原件及任务编号、处理选项、版本、错误阶段、引擎退出原因和完整性检查的技术计数，用于排障、问题复现和系统改进，无需额外点击提交或确认。原件与诊断分别保存；普通诊断记录不包含乐谱内容、文件名、曲名、作者或异常中的用户文字。
案例及原件保留至失败记录创建后最多 30 天，不用于模型训练，不发送给第三方 AI 模型，不对外公开，仅运营者可通过受限运维访问。案例库最多保留 1,000 条记录、总计 512 MiB，容量不足时会提前清理最旧案例，不进入自动故障恢复备份。成功和取消任务的原件仍按普通任务的 24 小时规则保留。
在同一浏览器的“失败原件留档”中可删除排障原件，即使普通任务已过期；删除普通任务也会从你的列表中移除对应的排障原件。删除后原件不再对你显示，系统仍保留至案例过期（最多 30 天），用于分析和改进识别效果。已删除的原件不会因自动维护或服务重启重新出现在你的列表中，诊断记录继续按 30 天期限保留。案例库仅为访问控制保存匿名会话摘要，不写入使用统计。请保留当前浏览器 Cookie；Cookie 过期或清除后无法自行找回原件入口，可通过下方联系入口申请协助。
你可通过“反馈与建议”提交问题描述、反馈类型和选填的联系方式，也可选择关联当前任务编号、状态与错误代码。反馈不会自动附带乐谱原件，不进入使用统计或普通诊断日志。内容仅供运营者处理问题和改进服务，最多保留 30 天；可在同一浏览器的反馈窗口删除，删除后不再对你显示，运营者仍保留至到期以便处理和改进；Cookie 过期或清除后，可凭反馈编号通过联系邮箱联系我们。填写联系方式后，运营者可据此联系你。反馈单独保存，不进入任务数据库的自动备份。反馈入口使用匿名会话摘要和带密钥散列的网络标识防止滥用；限额记录保留 24 小时。请勿在描述中填写密码、身份证等无关敏感信息。
必要的匿名 Cookie 用于区分浏览器和访问你的任务，不用于广告追踪。Cookie 最长保留 7 天；清除后无法恢复原任务访问。同一网络的上传限额通过带密钥散列后的 IP 标识计算，记录保留 24 小时。统计接口使用每日变化的带密钥网络标识，在内存中限制一分钟内的上报频率。
我们记录必要的故障日志和网站使用数据，用于发现和排查问题、改进网站功能、优化处理速度与操作体验，帮助网站更好地服务用户。使用统计记录每次访问做了什么：工具选择、界面语言、浏览器与设备、屏幕尺寸、时区、谱面视图、试听、导出、上传后看到的结果与错误代码、未能开始上传的原因、页面加载耗时与可见时长。为了解用户如何回访和使用网站，我们在你的浏览器中保存一个随机生成的访客编号和每次访问的编号，并随事件一起记录；页面访问还会记录 IP 地址、浏览器标识（User-Agent）、来源网页地址（不含参数）、搜索引擎带来的搜索词和推广链接的渠道标记。上传、试听、导出等事件附带任务编号，以便与服务端的处理结果（任务类型、文件格式、大小、结果、错误代码和耗时）关联分析。
使用统计不记录文件名、乐谱内容、曲名、作者、表单文字或 Cookie。运行和故障日志记录请求编号、任务编号、路由模板、状态、错误代码、程序出错位置和耗时，用于关联排障；不记录 Cookie、密钥、上传内容或异常中的用户文字。云端错误日志可能包含连接信息。
应用运行和故障日志最多保留 30 天、限制 100 MiB；使用事件最多保留 400 天、限制 500 MiB，达到容量时会提前删除最旧记录。云端访问和错误日志保留当日日志与 7 份每日轮转文件。日志与故障恢复备份分开保存，只有运营者通过受限运维访问读取。
你可以用下方按钮关闭本浏览器的使用统计，选择只保存在本机；清除网站数据会同时删除访客编号。必要的故障日志仍用于维持服务。关闭统计不会影响乐谱处理。
请只上传你有权处理的乐谱。不要在文件或文件名中包含身份证、联系方式等无关个人信息。你可下载结果、删除任务，或通过下方联系入口提出问题。
Feedback includes your description, category, optional contact details, and an optional reference to the current task status and error code. Score originals are not attached automatically. Feedback is private to the operator for support and improvements, kept separately for up to 30 days, excluded from task backups, usage analytics and diagnostic logs, and can be deleted in the same browser, which hides it from you while the operator keeps it until it expires. A contact method lets the operator follow up. Session digests and keyed network identifiers enforce daily limits; those limit records expire after 24 hours.
Failed processing tasks automatically archive their originals and technical diagnostics for private diagnosis, reproduction and service improvements, without a separate submission or confirmation. Originals are stored separately from content-free diagnostics, for up to 30 days after the failure record was created. Successful and cancelled tasks follow the normal 24-hour retention. These samples are not used for training, sent to third-party AI models, published, or included in automatic recovery backups. The case store is capped at 1,000 cases and 512 MiB; older cases may be removed sooner. Delete samples in Archived failure samples in the same browser, including after the normal task expires. Deleting a normal task also hides its diagnostic sample. Deleting hides a sample from you; we keep it until the case expires (up to 30 days) to analyse and improve recognition, and it does not reappear in your list after maintenance or restarts. Diagnostics remain until their expiry. An anonymous session digest controls access; expiry or removal of the cookie removes self-service access. Contact us if you need help.
Jianpu typed in the editor is sent to this service for live preview without being stored, and is saved as a task like an upload once you finish; drafts stay in this browser, and a reference image opened beside the editor is shown locally and never uploaded. If you choose to read an image as jianpu, it is sent to this service for recognition, the result fills the editor, and the image is not kept for that purpose or sent to third-party AI models. Scores and revisions are processed by this service and are not used for training or sent to third-party AI models. Online tasks expire after 24 hours; recovery backups may retain copies for up to another 24 hours. A necessary anonymous cookie grants access to your tasks. Hashed network identifiers are retained for 24 hours to limit abuse. You may delete tasks in Recent scores: a deleted task leaves your list and can no longer be opened, while we keep its original, results and processing record until its normal expiry to analyse and improve the service.
Diagnostics and usage statistics help us fix bugs, improve website features, speed and usability, and better serve users. Usage statistics record what each visit did: feature choices, language, browser and device, screen size, time zone, score views, playback, exports, the result and error code shown after an upload, why an upload could not start, page load and visible time. To understand returning visits, this browser keeps a random visitor ID and a per-visit ID sent with each event; page visits also record the IP address, the browser's User-Agent, the referring page address (without its query), search words passed by search engines and campaign tags of promotion links. Upload, playback and export events carry the task reference so they can be joined with the service's task outcomes (type, format, size, result, error code and duration). Usage statistics never contain filenames, score content, titles, composers, form text or cookies. We do not use these records for advertising or send them to third-party analytics services. Diagnostics retain request/task references and safe error coordinates for up to 30 days (100 MiB); usage events for up to 400 days (500 MiB). Edge logs include the active file and seven retained daily rotations; edge error logs may contain connection information. The button above disables usage statistics in this browser; clearing site data removes the visitor ID. Essential diagnostics remain active.
